I went there to hopefully get my wedding planning by these people. But the receptionist was not welcoming at at all a lot of attitude. So I gave my business to dream wedding services and Boutique. Right beside the passport office in halfway 🌲. These Jamaican bisness need to realize customer service is very important, It felt like I was begging them to take my busines. And there are so many more wedding organizers around.
I am looking a venue in Jamaica right now for my wedding can you tell me about the one you use as in terms of customer service, because of them don’t know what CS means can’t waste my money for foolishness.
I’ve had the same experience regarding that “receptionist”. No end to the attitude. The issue is that a lot of the affordable wedding venues aren’t visible on social media, or Google. But pollyanna pops up everywhere. Things would prob flow smoother with better customer service.
