How to Cook TORTILLA QUICHE
Course – Lunch, Dinner, Main Course
1/4 cup diced ham
1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1/4 cup shredded cheese blend
¼ cup milk
1/4 cup corn
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
salt and black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Coat pie plate with oil. Place 2 tortillas in the pie plate, overlapping, covering the rim of the pie plate, and extending 1/2 to 1 inch beyond the rim. Sprinkle ham, corn, pepper, parsley, and ½ cheese over top.
Whisk eggs & milk carefully pour the mixture into the pie plate. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for about 20 minutes. Then add the remaining cheese and bake another 10 minutes until the center is set and firm.
Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
