Taco Dinner Recipe: Serves 4 people
Ingredients
18 oz ground beef
Taco Seasoning
1 whole medium onion
1/2 cup water
12 soft tortillas
Toppings:
Shredded Cheese
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Beans
Sour Cream
Instructions
*In a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat add ground beef, ½ or more taco seasoning, 1 minced onion, 1/2 cup water.
*Return ground beef to heat and stir to combine. Bring to simmer and cook until the moisture absorbs into the meat, about 10-15 minutes.
*Warm up the tortillas in a skillet and put the cooked beef and all the toppings.
